Since our establishment in 2002, we, at Nand Persaud International Communications, have always been keen on delivery quality service to our clients. As a testament to our focus on our call center quality, in 2006 we were recognised for our quality service, based on courtesy, response time, accuracy and overall service.

NPIC’s ongoing commitment to provide superior service and culture of serving our clients permeates throughout the organization. Our commitment to excellence has branded NPIC a strong reputation for quality which has differentiated us from the competition and has been key to our success.

Reed Business Information (RBI) adjudged us the Quality Center of the Year. In the same year, we also received the Quality Recognition Award from RBI in recognition of our dedication and outstanding achievements towards their quality values. This earned us the Gold Member status in the second half of 2006.

Our quest for improving quality never ends. We always want to be held to a higher standard. We have a dedicated quality assurance department that does a great job coaching our team.
