NPI COMMUNICATIONS RETURN POLICY FOR LEAD GENERATION

There are no refunds on orders. One of the following must apply to receive a credit:
• Lead respondent affirms or is adamant they are not interested during the telemarketing
call and this is verified in the audio recording of said call.
• Lead respondent is over the age of 85 (applies to Insurance Leads only).
• The lead is a duplicate within the past 60 days
• The prospect does not speak English
• Lead has no phone number or an invalid phone number.
• Any request for credit must be requested within 3 days of receipt of the lead.
Call recordings are provided for each lead, In the event a credit is requested, our QA
Department will review the data and call recording of said call and determine if the lead
is eligible for replacement.
